The vial labeller is a fully automatic standalone labelling system with a compact footprint that requires no conveyor system to operate. Simply tip vials into the vibrating bowl feeder then let the machine perfectly apply labels before ejecting the vials into a convenient collection bin.
The vial labeller demonstrates Reynolds Groups’ talents in labeller design and their willingness to take on difficult-to-label-products while producing a result that far exceeds initial expectations in the areas of performance, reliability, and simplicity.

In the case of this vial labeller, the customer did not have to bear any development costs even though the application is what we would consider to be a little out of the ordinary.” adds Matt.

Reynolds Group’s long standing relationship with Avery Dennison continues to be a key reason for the success of the RGL brand of labelling systems with all systems produced possessing these precision German labelling engines. In the case of the vial labeller; the ALX720 label printer applicator was selected because of its high speed labelling output and high resolution print capability allowing the customer to over print final customisation of the vial labels in-process, saving both time and money.
Reynolds Group supplies Avery Dennison label applicators and RGL labelling systems direct to the New Zealand market and distributes to Australian customers via Matthews Australasia.
