Reynolds Group are the only approved service provider in New Zealand for Linx and Matthews ink jet printers, Avery Dennison label printers and Avery Dennison label applicators and are the only New Zealand outlet for manufacturer approved spare parts, of which we carry a full range. We also offer 24 hour telephone and on-call support as standard, to all customers, so you are assured of backup and support if something goes wrong or you need help configuring your equipment.
In spring 2006, we introduced a new service philosophy and since that time we have excelled in pre-emptive servicing which differs from preventative maintenance in that service and training is delivered based on your needs and not on timed intervals, meaning you get the maximum possible value for your money without the risk of stoppages. We also developed service delivery programmes to systematically maximize your investment and provide the lowest total cost of ownership by way of ultra reliability, low service and consumable costs, and protection from breakdown costs.
This suite of service programmes have also addressed a range of customer concerns like fixing that annoying situation where a technician does not have the required part and charges you, to come and go, until eventually getting it right. How about having a technician service your machine and not addressing an issue that is perhaps unrelated to the service but obvious nonetheless, only to return the following week to correct it, and charging you a callout fee.
This is what our reliability programme stamps out! We differ because we designed a range of inspection reports that are the sum of our collective knowledge, then we trained our technicians as auditors, and priced each inspection so that it is cheaper than a single visit even though we include a free return visit to adress any issues detected. This gives us the ability to forecast issues and demand, to a comprehensive job, and achieve economy of scale enabling us to provide reliability programme customers additional discounts and performance guarantees.

Reynolds Group ELSA Programme
Our Equipment Level Service Agreement (ELSA) is a casual way to access our reliability programme without any form of commitment on your part. Simply purchase then pass one of our periodic inspections and that equipment will be automatically entitled to our ELSA reliability guarantees.
Even failing the inspection is a win situation, as we will quote you the remedial actions required to guard against production loss. This quotation will include discounts to reward you for a forward thinking attitude towards servicing, and our main objective is to benefit from the long term relationship rewards brought by reliable equipment operation and not short term profitibility.
Should you approve the remedial work quotation, we both posses a quality reference check, to make sure the work has been carried out correctly and as agreed. And because we put our money where our mouth is you have a high degree of confidence that your production will be uninterrupted, by our equipment.

Our Reliability Contract is simply an agreement to complete periodic inspections at regular intervals and a commitment to maintain your Reynolds Group supplied equipment to our standards. Because of your commitment we provide significant reliability guarantees that protect against breakdown costs, provide known endurance for spare parts and offer generous discounts on labour and travel.
Knowing the condition of machines in the installed base is like having a crystal ball that tells us the labour and material requirements of geographical locations which means that we can achieve, and pass on, economy through scale and we offer no travel charges and generous spare parts discounts.
The increased frequency of visitation of the reliability contract means that we can become an integral part of your quality process with continuous monitoring, advice and training and because we supply the right equipment, we can offer remarkable benefits like guaranteed component endurance and 7 year linear warranties.

Reynolds Group JumpZone Programme
Our unique JumpZone programme takes our customer focussed reliability programme and benefits out on the road and away from our core points of presence of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
